Academics

1. SCHOOL RULES AND GENERAL INSTRUCTIONS

 

    1. All students must wear the prescribed school uniform neatly and completely every day, including on examination days and during special events, unless otherwise notified by the school.
    2. The school premises and classrooms must be kept clean, and every student is personally responsible for maintaining cleanliness.

    3. Attendance at the Morning Assembly is compulsory, and all students should reach school before the first bell.

    4. Regular completion of schoolwork and adherence to school rules are expected, and any negligence, indifference, or misconduct will be taken seriously.

    5. Discourtesy towards teachers or non-teaching staff will result in disciplinary action.

    6. No student is allowed to leave the school premises without prior permission from the Principal.

    7. Students are not permitted to enter other classrooms without the consent of the concerned teacher.

    8. Students must carry their School Diary every day and use it responsibly—not as a rough notebook.

    9. Students suffering from contagious or infectious diseases will not be allowed to attend school.

    10. For long absences due to illness, a written application must be submitted along with a valid medical certificate.

    11. A minimum of 85% attendance is mandatory for a student to be eligible for the annual examination.

    12. Students absent continuously for more than two weeks without permission will be removed from the rolls.

    13. All fees must be paid on time, and once paid, they are non-refundable.

    14. Students must not wear or bring expensive ornaments or items to school.

    15. Hair colouring is strictly not permitted. Ear Piercing for boys is also not allowed.

    16. Exemption from exams or tests will be granted only by the Principal on valid grounds.

    17. Students are responsible for the safekeeping of their books and personal belongings.

    18. Visitors are not allowed during class hours.

    19. Parents may not meet teachers while classes are in session, and meetings must be arranged through the school office.

    20. Parents may meet teachers to discuss their child’s progress with prior appointment through the Principal on working days.

    21. Electronic devices like mobile phones, cameras, and music players are strictly banned. If found, they will be confiscated.

    22. Lights and fans must be switched off when leaving the classroom.

    23. Waste must be disposed of in the designated bins, and cleanliness must be maintained at all times.

    24. Water should be used wisely and not wasted.

    25. Silence must be maintained in the library. Marking, tearing, or damaging books and periodicals is strictly prohibited.

2. ADMISSION & WITHDRAWAL

  • Children seeking admission to Grade 1 must be 6 years old by June 1st, in accordance with government regulations.
  • A valid Birth Certificate and, if applicable, a Transfer Certificate must be submitted at the time of admission.
  • For withdrawal, parents must provide a written application. The Transfer Certificate will be issued promptly upon request.

3. FEE STRUCTURE & PAYMENT POLICY

  • The annual school fee is divided into 10 monthly installments.
  • Tuition fees are due on or before the 5th of every month. The final due date without penalty is the 10th.
  • Bus fees must also be paid in advance by the 10th of each month.
  • Failure to remit any fees on time without prior notice may result in removal from the school roll.
  • All fees paid to the school are non-refundable under any circumstances, including but not limited to withdrawal, prolonged absence, or dismissal of the student.
  • By making a payment, the payer acknowledges and agrees to this policy.

Panchanga Sikshan
